Hypnosis -  Hypnotherapy

Not the dark art you may think. Each of us enters an hypnotic state at least twice a day. So I cannot hypnotise you, bear with me; I can only use Hypnotic language to induce hypnosis. It is not sleep; it is the ability to access the subconscious mind directly: bypassing the conscious. This is where our limiting beliefs play out. During an Hypnotic state you senses are actually heightened. You will be in a place of deep relaxation, a place where complete change can occur.

So long as the change you desire is congruent within you. Then hypnosis is one of the most powerful 'do with' not 'do to' techniques to enjoy.
